The United Way Campaign United Way's annual campaign is your chance to have an impact on people's lives and our community.  The annual Clinton County campaign is conducted to finance a wide range of health and human services in our communities - programs that help people live life to the fullest. Where Does The Money Go? About 86 cents of every dollar collected goes directly to support needed services in our community.  United Way's expertise ensures your dollars get to where they will do the most good.  They are invested in effective and essential service progrmas at 38 Programs and collaborative partnerships.  In our brochure: "Where the money is going" provides more details.
