Kym began her career with the United Way in October, 2009. Prior to joining the United Way she was a Brand Manager with Crane Fencing Solutions in their Retail Division where she managed 3 product brands with $17 million in sales annually. This experience prepared her because she understood all aspects of service and team building.
Since day one, Kym has focused on helping build cooperation and team work in both our community and with partner agencies. She help found the quarterly Director’s Coffee that brings directors together for education and networking. She has also forged partnerships with lawmakers, CEO’s, and foundations to help make a difference in this community.
When not our working tirelessly for our community, Kym and her husband Chuck enjoy spending time with their children TJ and Cassie raising and showing swine. They live in Wilmington and are proud to call it home.

Amanda started with the United Way in April 2011 with her reponsiblities including the monthly e-news letter, commuity outreach, and educational branding. Prior to joining the United Way she was a Client Representative for Ohio National Insurance in Blue Ash and has Marketing Communications experience while at R+L Carriers.
Amanda lives in Harveysburg with her husband Chris and two sons Connor and Jacob. They spend their spare time playing soccer and attending events at Clinton Massie Schools. Pam Watson Pam lives in Wilmington with her three grandchildren Ryann, Devin, and Quinten. She spends a most of her time in the car getting her grandchilren from school, sporting, and 4-H activiites. Pam started with the United Way in June of 2010 working with the Mature Services program. Pam is responsible for Agency reporting and maintaining service level informaiton for the United Way. She is a direct contact for all partner agencies. Prior to coming to the United Way, Pam spent more than 15 years in the Automotive Manufacturing sector.
The United Way of Clinton County office is located in beautiful downtown Wilmington and is one of the founding members of the Center for Community Collaboration. This is an office complex that houses more than 4 local non-profits and provides meeting space, wireless connectivity, copiers, and printers to all non-profits in the Clinton County Community. Four meetings rooms are available and can be customized to fit a boardroom or a studio setting. Contact the center to schedule your next meeting.
